Bill Pay is a convenient online bill payment facility offered by the Commercial Banks via Internet Banking or Telephone Banking.

How to Pay Your Internet Account via Internet Banking

1. Login to the Internet Banking facility via the Home Page of the Bank where you hold your accounts.
2. Select the Bill Pay option and follow your Bank's instructions,
3. Enter the Biller Code for Daltron 10097,
4. Enter your Biller Reference Number. It is the Account Number in your Internet statement, located top left of your statement
5. Enter the amount you want to pay (and the source account) and press symbol #,
6. You will be given a receipt number which you may save or print as confirmation of payment.

How To Pay Your Internet Account via Telephone Banking

1. Dial your Bank's call-centre number listed below,
2. Select the Phone Banking option and follow voice instructions,
3. Enter your Registration Number and press symbol #,
4. Enter your 5-digit identification number and press number symbol#,
5. Select the BillPay option and follow voice instructions,
6. Enter the Biller Code for Daltron 10097,
7. Enter your Biller Reference Number. It is the Account Number in your internet statement, located top left of your statement
8. Enter the amount you want to pay and press symbol #,
9. You will be given a receipt number which you must retain as confirmation of payment.

What You Need To Do

First you must register for Internet or Telephone Banking with your Bank. Click on the relevant link to obtain information and application forms for Internet and Phone Banking facilities.
