Internet Access Plans
Daltron are excited to announce that from October 2007 we have significantly reduced our Megabyte Internet Plan rates by around 25 – 30% depending on the plan. As such all our current internet customers, will automatically receive a reduction in their plan charges from their next billing date.
There is now a wider range of plans available; covering both Dial-up and High Speed Wireless Broadband, fully encompassing both business (small to corporate in size) and private users. From simple hourly based plans, to Megabyte and Gigabyte plans. Daltron has the lot!
Responding to industry demands, we have also introduced Mega Broadband Gigabyte plans for heavy users of the internet, so if this interests you please call to discuss the opportunities further. More details below.
Dial-Up Plans
Hourly Plans
Daltron offers Monthly Internet Hourly Account plans for those that prefer to be billed monthly. You have a choice of 10, 20 or 40 hours per month to choose from. That is, for each month, you are allowed 10/20/40 hours of online time. You are not disconnected if you go over that quota, but you are charged excess. Note, also, even if you do not use your full 10/20/40 hours, you still pay the monthly fee to maintain your account’s active status.

Megabyte Plans
You can also have a MB plan with unlimited hours but fixed megabytes ranging from with 20MB to a 500MB limit. These types of monthly accounts let you have unlimited hours online BUT data transfer to and from the Internet exceeding your plan MB will be charged an excess.

Besides our monthly plans, we also offer our unique Webtaim packs (prepaid plans). With Webtaim, you can purchase 10/20/40 hours worth of prepaid hours. In other words, after opening your Webtaim account, you have 10/20/40 hours of online time to use for any length of time – until it is used up. Its function is much like Easipay is to electricity. And you can always top up your hours. Come into our retail showroom to purchase these packs.
The Dial-Up application form is available in PDF and Word format for download. All Dial-Up plans attract an establishment fee of K50 plus GST.

Discounted rate plans for those residing in a building already “wired up” to use Daltron’s wireless Internet system are available.

Installation Charge for all Wireless Services/Plans is K400 + GST
- This charge is based on a standard installation and may be higher for any job that falls outside the normal model. A site inspection will be done before any installation and the charges will be confirmed or a quote will be supplied.
- Includes antennas, up to 50m cabling, etc.
- Excludes customer premises equipment such as router, etc.
Note: A PPPoE-capable device is required for connectivity to this network. This may be a PC
running Windows XP (Windows 2000, 98, 95, ME and Apple require the installation of additional
PPPoE software), router, firewall, or other networking device. Pricing will be provided upon
request and may vary depending on individual requirements.
